The importance of SMEs in the Ghanaian economy cannot be overemphasised. a recent report from the World Bank shows that SMEs make up about 80 per cent of businesses in the economy, contributing immensely to Ghana’s GDP.
The report also highlighted that businesses that were affected the most by the COVID-19 pandemic were SMEs.
It is against this background that the Graphic Business partnered Access Bank to roll out the SME clinic series which seeks to equip SMEs with new trends in business and technology to reach new market, help them diversify and realise more profit.
The SME clinic is also expected to expose players in the SME space to the many opportunities available to them.
