Businesses urged to embrace emerging technologies

He further stressed the importance of workforce readiness for the adoption of these technologies, adding that “Businesses need to invest in training and upskilling their employees to fully realise the benefits of digital tools. It is not enough to have the latest technology; you also need the right people who can leverage that technology to drive value.”
