Wellman multivitamins
The Wellman original multivitamins have been based on international research evidence providing levels above the amount of vitamin or mineral calculated to prevent basic deficiency (NRV).
This gives optimised vitality providing more than 100 per cent of certain nutrients. The wellman original consumer will have adequate amount of natural Siberian ginseng which can be used to prevent colds and flu, increase energy, longevity and vitality, selenium for increased sexual health as well as a recommended maintained zinc levels (since an estimated 5g of zinc is lost during ejaculation) and Vitamin A, C, D, B6, B12, folic acid and copper for normal function of the immune system during and after heavy exercise at the gym or in regime.
