First AI-powered luxury housing project launched in Ghana

VAAL Real Estate has introduced an ultra-modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) housing project to set a new standard in luxury living in Ghana.

Dubbed: “Villanova”, the project, inspired by Spanish architectural heritage, seeks to provide a blend of sophistication and contemporary luxury in Ghana’s capital.

Speaking at a grand unveiling ceremony in Accra last Friday, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VAAL Real Estate Group, Abdulmajeed Saadetin, expressed enthusiasm for the launch, marking it as another milestone in the company’s journey to revolutionise the real estate landscape in Ghana.

Highlighting VAAL's over 20 years of international expertise and its established presence in Ghana, he said the Villanova project reflected VAAL’s dedication to enhancing the living standards of its residents.

He emphasised the project’s alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 11, which focuses on fostering inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable urban spaces.

For his part, the Turkish Ambassador to Ghana, Huseyin Gungor, highlighted the importance of sophisticated accommodation solutions for Ghanaian consumers, adding that Villanova stands as an example of international collaboration, bringing global standards to local markets.
