The project integrates Artificial intelligence (AI) technology into its infrastructure and aims to establish a new benchmark for modern and luxurious living in the region.
Positioned near the Jubilee House, the prestigious location with a paramount focus on exclusivity and convenience, will feature three to four-bedroom villas starting at GH¢10 million, catering to high-end clients who prioritise elegance, security and innovation in their living spaces.
Speaking at a grand unveiling ceremony in Accra last Friday, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VAAL Real Estate Group, Abdulmajeed Saadetin, expressed enthusiasm for the launch, marking it as another milestone in the company’s journey to revolutionise the real estate landscape in Ghana.
Highlighting VAAL's over 20 years of international expertise and its established presence in Ghana, he said the Villanova project reflected VAAL’s dedication to enhancing the living standards of its residents.
"We are deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of design excellence for our community and this project embodies that dedication. Our vision is to create a space that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of the Ghanaian people, delivering an environment that resonates with local culture and elevates everyday experiences. And so with this project, we have combined innovation with a deep respect for our heritage which aims to contribute meaningfully to the community," he said.
Praising the project’s forward-thinking approach, the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Titus-Glover said the townhouse project by VAAL Real Estate represented the kind of impactful collaboration that aligns with the government’s vision to ensure that every citizen has access to a safe, comfortable and affordable place to live.
