Jonmoore International marks 25th anniversary
Jonmoore International, one of Ghana’s leading indigenous project logistics companies, marked its 25th anniversary with a grand dinner and awards ceremony at the De ICONS event centre in East Legon on September 25, 2024.
The milestone event honoured the company's staff, partners, and clients for their commitment and contributions to Jon Moore's success.

During the celebration, 58 staff members received long service awards, and the company recognised three key partners, 15 suppliers, and 22 clients for their roles in its growth. The event underscored Jon Moore’s journey from its humble beginnings to becoming a major player in Ghana’s logistics industry, known for its commitment to reliability, safety, and professionalism.
Reflections on success
The CEO of Jonmoore International, John Mitchell, shared the company’s inspiring journey, highlighting its achievements, including being the first Ghanaian logistics company to receive ISO certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001). He also noted Jonmoore’s 14-year streak of successful audits by Trace International, reflecting its dedication to commercial transparency and high anti-bribery standards.
Mr. Mitchell expressed gratitude to Jon Moore’s partners, including Europe’s Peoples’ Group, and commended his team for their tireless efforts over the years. Looking ahead, he emphasised the importance of innovation, sustainability, and technology integration as key pillars for the company’s future growth.
The event’s Guest of Honour, His Royal Highness Ehunabobrim Prah Agyensaim VI, Paramount Chief of Assin Owirenkyi Traditional Area, praised Jonmoore International’s accomplishments, calling it a “testament to the power of vision, dedication, and loyalty.” He also commended CEO John Mitchell for his leadership and for putting clients at the centre of the company’s operations.
HRM Agyensaim VI lauded the company’s recent brand transformation as a symbol of its forward-thinking approach and commitment to staying ahead of industry trends. He encouraged Jonmoore to continue exceeding expectations and fostering sustainable growth.

As part of the company’s staff motivation policy, Jonmoore pledged to continue purchasing treasury bills for employees based on their years of service, reaffirming its dedication to staff welfare.
