Vivo commits to expanding Shell presence

VIVO Energy Ghana, the exclusive distributor and marketer of Shell-branded products, has reiterated its commitment to expand access to Shell’s top-tier energy solutions and convenience services for Ghanaians. 

This follows the opening of its Shell service station in Pantang in the Greater Accra Region as part of the company’s broader strategy to ensure that Ghanaians had greater access to its trusted services across the country. 

The new Shell Pantang Service Station offers three key services developed to meet the diverse needs of customers. 

These include Shell's trusted high-quality fuels - designed to keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently, offering both value and quality, a fully stocked convenience shop (Shell Select) - that gives customers access to a wide range of products, including essentials and unexpected delights, and EZ Laundry services to provide additional convenience to motorists and the wider public.

Speaking at the opening of the station, the Managing Director of Vivo Energy Ghana, Jean-Michel Arlandis, said “the opening of this Shell service station marks another milestone in our journey to deliver not only quality fuels but also innovative services that make everyday life easier for our customers while creating job opportunities within the community we operate.”

He said with this addition, Vivo Energy Ghana continues its mission to make quality fuel and customer-focused services more accessible, ultimately supporting Ghana’s transportation sector and community development.

The Chief of Pantang, Nii Kotey Afutu Brempong III, commended Vivo Energy Ghana for investing in the community, noting that the station would enhance economic activity and provide jobs to the youth. 

He expressed gratitude for the company's contribution to local development and welcomed the new services as a much-needed addition to the community’s growth.
