Ashfoam Gh. Limited opens new showroom in Bolga

Ashanti Foam Factory Limited (Ashfoam) has opened a new showroom in Bolga in the Upper East Region to boost sales and marketing, customer service delivery, as well as promote its brand to customers in that region.

The new showroom adds to the numerous showrooms and depots the company has dotted across the country. It is uniquely meant to provide a one-stop-shop where customers would have the ease of shopping for their home essentials without having to struggle through busy streets to pick their beddings and other home soft furnishings.

A release issued in Accra yesterday by the company said: “The new showroom, situated at a prime location, welcomes all shoppers to choose from a wide variety of sofas crafted with the excellent quality materials of different tastes and preferences to fit in every corner of one’s home.

“They have also in stock every type of bedding, ranging from bed sheets, bedspreads, curtains, mattresses, pillows, carpets, blankets, table cloths and towels; all made for homes, hotels, schools and other hospitality providers.”

A key distributor of Ashfoam and Manager of the new showroom, Mr Ernest Okoampah, according to the release said “Ashfoam decided to open such a big showroom to offer the best products at very competitive prices, what we normally call factory price, to the Upper East people, which is offering them discounts within the month of August”.

Clean-up exercise

Earlier, the release said, Ashfoam embarked on a clean-up exercise in the Bolgatanga Municipality prior to the commissioning of the multipurpose showroom located at the main estates avenue near the axle load along the Bolgatanga-Tamale highway.

It said the exercise was carried out in collaboration with the Environmental and Health Unit of the Bolgatanga Municipal Assembly and Zoomlion.

The exercise was carried out along the principal streets, main market and lorry park areas in the municipality.

Mr Okoampah noted in the release that the company had as one of its major policies to promote good health, sanitation and environmental cleanliness, “believing that the health of the people we do business with matters most to Ashfoam as a brand that cares”.

On the sidelines of the cleanup, the team went through the principal streets of Bolga on a float, announcing its presence to the public and this attracted other people to join in to clean their environment.
