Kojo Siego out with Indomie
The rise of dancehall music in Ghana is giving birth to a lot of new upcoming singers in love with the genre. The young ones are being motivated by the successful stories of Samini, Shatta Wale, Jupitar and Stonebwoy who have cemented their place in the dancehall music scene.
After listening to songs by Kojo Siego, one is convinced that he is talented with the gift of music and ready to take the music industry by storm.

Kojo’s love and passion for music started at a very young age where he was a street rapper writing rhymes and mimicking songs from others and used the opportunity to nuture his craft.
His first album titled, Keep the music hustle coming, saw him creating a fan base which appreciated his talent. He rode on the acceptance to release many more songs to keep him relevant in the music arena.
A master of dancehall and hip hop music, Kojo Siego follows up with his new album, Stand Strong which explores music from various musical backgrounds of Pop, Rnb, Dancehall and Hip Hop.
Currently, he is promoting Indomie, a song on the album. Produced by Diaz, Indomie is a fast tempo fusion of dancehall and Afrobeats sang in English and Jamaican patois with a very catchy chorus and thumping beat that the melody rides on.
Asked how the song came about, he told Showbiz, “I am a writer, I love to experiment with new ideas because the things I see around inspire me to write my music”.
Taking his musical inspiration from artistes such as Vybz Cartel and Jay Z, Kojo Siego who described himself as a versatile artiste said, “ I’m not afraid to try new things”.
