He told, Showbizin an interview that though he released the song less than a month ago, it is being played everywhere and the response is quicker than any other song he has done.

Throwing more light on the song and why he chose such a title, Omane Acheampong told Showbiz that some people hold on to what they have been blessed with to bluff like their beauty, money and fame forgetting that a time will come when they will leave this world.

He likens such people to an ‘aposor’, which he describes as an animal with the strongest grip who hates light, ‘’ this animal does not let go of whatever it holds, it also hates light and it is only hunters who go to the forest at night who see this animal, ‘’ he said.

According to him, aposor represents darkness and evil, ‘’any darkness in the life of people is aposor, any impediment in the life of anyone is aposor, aposor doesn’t want to see light but light represents Christ.’’

On the song, he sings,’’ we will leave this world behind, property, money and fame, what if you are richer than someone? What if you are more beautiful than someone? What if you are more popular than someone? What if you sing better than someone? We should seek the light which is Jesus Christ”

Omane Acheampong sums it all up in this message, ‘’Aposor hates light so no one should live like an aposor, everyone should look for the light in Christ because we shall leave everything behind. The song is the word of God, if you have light, you have life and whatever has been held from you will be released and you will prosper. We should live lives that is worthy of Christ.”

Other songs on the nine-track album are Akuya, Modin Bo, Meye Meye and Susu Dwene.
