I thought I was never going to give birth – Nana Ama McBrown

Ghanaian actress and presenter Felicity Ama Agyemang, popularly known as Nana Ama McBrown, says her inability to give birth earlier made her feel she was under a spell.

Sharing her sentiments with the public in a video on Instagram on her 42nd birthday on August 15, 2019, McBrown said she assumed she had offended someone, who was probably working against her childbirth.

According to her, not being able to give birth until she was 41-years-old made her a mockery among friends.

Before her marriage in 2016 and subsequent childbirth in March 2019, McBrown said she had been trying for the past 20years to have a baby.

The actress said she had never aborted a fetus and was always wondering why she was not getting pregnant whilst her colleagues were flaunting their babies.

McBrown was full of praise and expressed her gratitude to God for blessing her with a baby girl.

Nana Ama with her husband welcomed their daughter Maxin Mawushi Mensah in March, 2019 in Canada.
