“May u not live to experience the joy and beauty of old age” - Mzbel replies critics

Musician Mzbel has a strong message for those who use her age to mock her, saying they will die young.

In a Facebook Live session on Wednesday, August 5, in response to a video by actress Tracey Boakye in which she was described as an old woman, Mzbel said, “If you think old age is embarrassing, then you will never grow old to my age.

"You will die young because being 40 is a disgrace, shameful and a crime for you. If you make a mockery of old age, may u not live to experience the joy and beauty of it”.

Mzbel said she found it interesting that her antagonists described her as an old woman but were quick to accuse her of snatching their boyfriends.

“As for me, I don’t think old age is an embarrassment and a crime since grey is a sign of blessing and I’m happy to be blessed. If at my age of 40 or even 49 as some people want the world to believe and I look this good, healthy, beautiful and with firm breasts, then I should be proud of myself.
 
“Every time, people are claiming that I’m an old woman yet are always crying that I have taken your boyfriends, so aren’t you ashamed that an old woman is snatching your boyfriends from you? This old lady is damn hot,” she teased.

In the last two days, Mzbel and Tracey Boakye have had hot exchanges over an unidentified man but Mzbel noted that she doesn’t fight with other women over men because she always gets the man she wants.

“Young lady, if I say I want that somebody’s husband or whatever you claim that is making you run your mouth and shamelessly professing it, I will take it but I don’t like it because it is not every place that I play and it is not every food offered that I eat.

“Don’t feel so insecure because the man is not even yours. Please, spare me all the rants because if I want, I will get it but I don’t want this. My name is point and kill, I go for what I want,” she stated.
