My skirts are selling out in my shops - Osebo [VIDEO]

He may be getting insulted on social media for his eccentric fashion sense but Richard Brown, popularly known as Osebo or Zara Man is laughing all the way to the bank.

In the last few weeks, Osebo has been trending on social media for his style; he pairs blazers with skirts, wears shirts that look cut for women and sometimes wears dresses and although the reaction has largely been negative, he tells Graphic Showbiz demand for his skirts has gone up and he is cashing in on the trend.

"I have four shops in Ghana and as we talk now people are rushing for the skirts and they are in high demand. Ever since I started wearing and showing them off on social media, the demand has gone up drastically and I intend importing more,” he revealed.  

Osebo said his main motivation for dressing in an effeminate manner was to make the trend popular.

“I am on a mission and that is what Ghanaians don’t know. Some Ghanaians have started copying my style and I know very soon the wearing of skirts will be all over Ghana,” he said. 

While demand may be high, Osebo is not enthused by the insults he receives on a daily basis when he posts pictures of him wearing the skirts.

"Some people go to the extent of insulting my parents which is not right because they have nothing to do with it. Despite all that I am very focused and not disturbed,” he said.  
                                                                                    
He revealed that he plans on establishing his clothing line soon. "It is my dream to start a clothing line very soon because I know about fashion. Anyone who is into fashion will bear witness that I know how to dress well,” he said.
