Nicholas arrives with ‘Mahashala Hashbaz’
Gospel musician Nicholas Omane Acheampong who brought us Tabitha Kum, Zaphnat Paneah is back again with another album titled Mahashala Hashbaz.
The nine-track album which was recorded by sound engineer Kwadwo Akwaboah, has songs like Papa Didymus, Monye Dinn, Aseda Dwom, Onipa Atanfo, Nyame Sunsum and Biribi Besi.
On this new work, Nicholas talks about how Christians can defeat the enemy by mentioning the name Mahashala Hashbaz.
He explains in the song that no enemy can stand the Christian who mentions that name.
“I am not blowing my horn but I think Mahashala Hasbaz is already a hit. The very day it dropped on the radio stations, I received many calls which is an indication to me that the song has already caught on with the listening public.”
On the Nyame Sunsum worship song, Nicholas asks God to be with his children always because Christians cannot fight the battle alone.
Nicholas says he takes his time to arrange his songs to make people like them. Explaining how he gets the titles for his album, Nicholas said the spirit of God always directs him to choose appropriate titles.
He said by reading the Bible or through dreams, he gets directions to select a title.
