Award-winning Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, has declared his commitment to groom emerging music talents and provide them the opportunities to shine on the global stage.
In a recent interview with Takoradi-based Empire FM, the "I Know My Level" hit-maker stated that the music industry was evolving and adapting to new trends and so it was very important to nurture fresh talents for the new era.

"My future plans involve identifying emerging talents and offering them guidance to comprehend the music business in Ghana.
"This initiative is designed to prevent them from repeating the same mistakes that some of us have experienced," he revealed.
Shatta Wale, real name Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., has established himself as a dominant force in the African music scene. With a string of chart-topping hits and a dedicated fan base, he is widely admired for his contributions to the industry and his new move is intended to use his influence and experience to support the next generation of artistes .
