The deceased was given permission three days earlier after complaining of headache and bodily pains but never returned.
The bodies of other three who died within a period of two weeks have been deposited at the Tafo Trinity Hospital, Jachie Pramso Hospital and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Hospital.
The Assistant Headmaster (Academics), Mr Ernest Wiafe, has told Graphic Online that the school was liaising with the Asokore Mampong Municipal Health Directorate to establish the cause of death from the autopsy report by Friday.
A number of students who left campus last Friday after the deaths were reported have returned to school to prepare for Wednesday’s internal examination.
There are suspicions some students may not return to campus anytime soon following the death of a fourth student.
The authorities have said the examination will go ahead while employing the services of psychologists from the regional Education Service to help put the students in the right frame of mind to write the exams.

Final year students were however busy writing their exams Tuesday morning when Graphic Online visited the campus whilst those who had no examination were seen in groups preparing.
