Azar supports Greater Accra Regional Police

Paint manufacturing company, Azar Chemical Industries, has reiterated its commitment to the Ghana Police Service with a donation of a quantity of Azar paints to the Greater Accra Police Command.

The paints will be used to give a new lease of life to some structures of the service in Accra towards their upcoming annual West Africa Security Service Association (WASSA) celebration scheduled for June 22, 2018.

The annual WASSA get-together by the police is an occasion used to motivate and honour personnel of the service who have distinguished themselves in the line of crime prevention.

Police and business

The Sales Manager of Azar Chemical Industries, Mr George Danho, told newsmen that "we at Azar have always believed in supporting the Ghana Police because security guarantees proper flow of business activities, hence the development of the country.”

He added that the company was best known for its quality products as they could withstand harsh weather conditions such as Ghana’s.

Gratitude

The Accra Regional Police Public Relations Director, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Mrs Efia Tenge, received the items on behalf of the police, and thanked the company for consistently supporting the Service.

She said such donations augmented the efforts of the Police Administration in beautifying their environment.
