The relocation was undertaken to allow for the reconstruction of the first phase of the $298 million market.

The website: kumasimarket.softmastersgroup.com is to enable the traders whose bio-data were captured in the registration to check if the information collected was accurate and complete.

A statement issued by the KMA and signed by the Public Relations Officer, Godwin Okuma Nyame, said ‘the assembly would, therefore, like to urge those who went through the registration exercise to verify their registration by typing in their surnames as Username and Mobile phone number that was provided during the exercise as Password.

The statement said those who may encounter difficulties in accessing the website or have further enquiries should contact the following numbers for assistance.

The numbers are 0244 082046, 0274803636 and 0244919247, the statement added.

The registered traders would have the first option of buying the stalls on completion in the next two years.

The two-phased market is being undertaking by a Brazilian firm known as Contracta.
