Policeman shot dead at Manso Abodom

A police officer has been shot dead at Manso Abodom in the Amansie area of the Ashanti Region.
The unidentified assailants are said to have shot and killed Corporal Bernard Antwi.
The 37-year-old police officer was shot dead whilst providing security to some miners in the Amansie area around 5:30 pm on Monday, August 19, 2019.
The Bekwai District Police Command has initiated investigations into the incident.
