On Monday, September 23, 2024, PNHF staff and stakeholders embarked on a 10-kilometre walk from the foundation’s headquarters near Baatsona signboard to China Mall along the Spintex Road in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.

Participants, amid music and dancing, carried signs with messages such as "Detect. Protect. Preserve," "Walk for a Cause," "Healthy Prostate, Happy Life," and "Early Detection is Key."

Dr. Tony Badu, Director of PNHF and a natural health activist, urged the public to prioritize natural healthcare as a pathway to good health.

"We detect, protect, and preserve. Know your status today. Natural healthcare matters, and that’s what Prostate & Natural Healthcare is all about," Dr. Badu said, highlighting the foundation’s focus on natural remedies for conditions like prostate enlargement, diabetes, hypertension, and other non-communicable diseases.

The foundation also appealed for donations to support its mission of raising awareness about prostate and other diseases, promoting early detection, and expanding community outreach programmes. Contributions can be made via MTN Merchant Account Number 0538870758 or through www.mchanga.africa/fundraiser/104595.

The funds raised will support research into natural remedies, free screening programmes, and the acquisition of advanced technology for accurate diagnosis and treatment, along with educating the public on healthy living and longevity.

The event was supported by partners including the Orange Growers Association, Aseda Industries, ANKAA Tropical Oranges, Citriville, Mr. Pig, Eastfield Foundation, Sabana Gold, and Volta Bistro.
