Mr Greenstreet who accused the NDC government of bringing untold hardships to Ghanaians was jeered by the delegates who shouted and clapped him 'away'.

Mr Greenstreet said he thought the party would have used the occasion to discuss the problems facing the country, instead "you have decided to use it to share your Christmas gifts.

"Ghanaians are watching you and continue to do what you want, we know what to do when the time comes," he said.

He asked the delegates to elect leaders who would steer the affairs of the party while in opposition as Ghanaians were fed up with the NDC administration which was characterised by unbridled corruption and unreliable power supply, adding, "boys abr3", which was met with shouts of jeers from the delegates. He said repeatedly, N-O-B-O-D-Y has seen the better Ghana the party and its leader have promised.

Mr Fritz Baffour, MC for the event described the solidarity message as the weirdest solidarity message he has ever heard.
