Popularly known as Chainman, Mr. Osibo partnered with Aseda Foundation to provide an intensive five-day practical training session predominantly for young women. The training took place at various centres across the constituency.

The initiative culminated in a well-attended graduation ceremony at the Guan district capital, Likpe Mate, on Saturday, August 3, 2024.

Participants showcased their newly acquired skills in making pastries, soap, detergents, air fresheners, weedicides, and beads, and were awarded certificates.

At the event, Mr. Osibo assured constituents that improving lives through Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) was achievable with the right mindset and commitment, thanks to the government's substantial investments in this sector. He pledged to continue these training programs to significantly reduce youth unemployment in the Guan constituency.

Facilitators from Aseda Foundation, traditional leaders, and other stakeholders present encouraged participants to utilize their skills and train others, thereby expanding employment opportunities.

The graduates expressed their gratitude for the opportunities provided, noting that these new skills would help them become self-employed and reduce social issues like teenage pregnancy and poverty.

Mr. Osibo, a veteran plant engineer, has been instrumental in youth empowerment through various community-based initiatives.

He appealed to the people of Guan constituency to elect him as their representative in the upcoming December 7 general elections, promising to further their development if given the mandate.
