Celebrity host Coca-Cola monthly medal
Hundreds of the country's golfers are expected to converge on the Celebrity Golf Course at Sakumono for the Coca-Cola monthly medal today.

The 18-hole competition, which is sponsored by Coca-Cola and supported by Holiday Inn Hotel will reward three winners from both the ladies and men categories.
Renowned players, including former CHRAJ boss, Emile Short and former club captain, Joe Ohemeng, will battle Yoku Korsah, Oswald Amuzu and Harry Adu-Agyei for the enviable trophy.
The competition, which is open to golfers from all the clubs, will see astute golfers such as Noel Hammond lead the contingent from the Tema Golf and Country Club while Rene Kwame will lead the players from the Achimota Golf Club.
William Hackman and his team from the Bok Nam Kim Golf Club at the Air Force Officers’ Mess, Accra, are expected to put up a good performance.
The ladies event will see Joy Arkutu, Aileen Conteh and Nana Bem Tackie, among others fighting for honours.
Holiday Inn Hotel, a major sponsor of Celebrity Golf Club, has also increased the award for birdies.
Francis Akwasi Opoku, Captain of Celebrity Golf Club, expressed gratitude to Coca-Cola and Mr Bruce Potter, General Manager of Holiday Inn, for their support for club and added that golfers could look forward to a fantastic golfing day today.
