Zone 1 league leaders, Berlin FC, last Wednesday suffered a surprise 0-1 loss  to bottom-placed Mighty Royals, while Real Tamale United also lost 1-2 at home to Mpausoman.

FC Tanga beat Bofoakwa United 1-0 to move to the third position on the log, while Bawku United recorded a 2-1 victory over Tamale Utrecht.

 

In other Zone 1 games, B.A. United drew 1-1 with Steadfast in Sunyani and Unity FC also recorded their third loss in four games after losing 1-2 to WA Rockets.

In Zone 2, King Faisal beat Starke 2-1 at Ejisu to move from 10th to eighth as Elmina Sharks continued their unbeaten run after thumping Wassaman United 2-0 at Elmina.

Proud United and Tarkwa United drew 1-1, same as Achiken and Asokwa Deportivo.

In Zone 3, leaders Tema Youth suffered a surprise 1-2 home defeat to bottom-placed Danbort at the Tema Stadium. Former Premier League campaigners, Accra Great Olympics, won 1-0 at home against Amidaus Professionals to move up to the third position on the table.

In the other duels, Heart of Lions beat Sporting Mirren 1-0  to move to the top of the Zone 3 table, while Roberto FC recorded an impressive 3-0 win over Istanbul at the Sogakope park.

Okyemang Planners also beat Nania FC 2-0 at home to occupy the second position, while Pure Joy suffered their second straight loss against King Solomon.
