Kenpong unveils Brazil 2014 package Monday

Kenpong Travel & Tours, a subsidiary of the Kenpong Group, will out-door its Brazil 2014 World Cup package with a media launch on Monday.

Mr. Kennedy Agyepong, Group Executive Chairman of the company, has tasked a team of local and foreign consultants to create a package that would go beyond the transportation of people to Brazil and back. His dream is to provide football fans with a “total experience”.

Mr. Agyepong said, “the goal is to set the standard going forward. We have secured a dedicated wide-bodied aircraft that will remain at our disposal as long as the Black Stars are in the tournament. We will fly fans in comfort to all matches and back to our base for the duration of the tournament”.

He further spoke about plans on accommodation with a focus on shared en suite apartments and hotels.

He also confirmed that visa processing, tickets to matches, internal logistics, dedicated luxury bus services, a dedicated medical team and options on internal tourism were all part of the package.

Probed further on the possible costs to the football fan, Mr. Agyepong said, “we are a people-oriented company and the cost, which will be made public at the launch, has the people in mind.”
