The craze for motorbikes is fast catching up with footballers and it has become virtually odd for a player not to ride one.

Some players, including former Tottenham Hotspurs, goalkeeper, Carlo Cudicini, have had their lives endangered by motor bikes when he was involved in an accident but that has not deterred other players from enjoying a ride on their motor bikes.

In fact, there is a clause agreed with the Premier League, the Football Association and the Professional Footballers' Association that forbids players from engaging in activities which could endanger their careers, such as skiing or riding a motorbike.

That notwithstanding, the players would love to show off their exclusive brands of superbikes that can withstand extra endurance limits.

Among some of the football stars who are attached to motorbikes are Didier Drogba, Emmanuel Adebayor, Sulley Muntari, Ashley Cole, Sean Wright-Philips, David Beckham, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Mario Balotelli.

Interestingly, they also go for the top-notch brands, such as the Harley Davidson, Triumph Bonneville among a few of the brands.
