Saka who has been a key part of the Dormaa-based side since they burst onto the premiership terrain some five seasons ago, says time has come for him to quit.

The 25-year-old defender told the Graphic Sports the only difficulty militating against his move was the price tag placed on his head by Aduana.

He was, however, hopeful that the deal would be sealed before next week.

Saka said that he couldn’t wait for the deal to be finalised  to enable him move after serving Aduana for years.

He disclosed that his contract with Aduana would expire next year and had no intentions to renew it.

“I have one more year  to serve  Aduana Stars and would stay put if the move to Kotoko fails to materialise, but I won’t extend it,” he stated.
