SEL Ghana donate to Black Starlets

Oil marketing company, Strategic Energy Limited, (SEL Ghana) has donated assorted food items to the Black Starlets at their Prampram base after beating their Burkinabe counterparts last weekend.

The donation which was done by the managing director, Johnny Blagogee, was to motivate the Under 17 team ahead of their return leg scheduled for August 20.

After the presentation, Blagogee praised the team for putting up a sterling performance to beat Burkina Faso 5-1 at the Cape Coast stadium and promised them of more packages subsequently.

He urged them not to be complacent in the return leg but remain focus and said he was confident the donation would help boost their morale as they go into the return leg.

Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin, while expressing the team’s appreciation recounted that Blagogee was the only person to have made any donation to the team.

He appealed to other Ghanaians to also emulate Sel Ghana’s gesture and promised to the team would stay focus and ensure they emerge victorious and qualify for the Africa Cup in Madagascar.
