Her Excellency Mrs Sabah Zita Benson, Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, has visited Ghanaian musician Barosky in Manchester following reports about the difficult circumstances he is currently facing.
The visit, according to a post on the official Facebook page of the Ghana High Commission to the United Kingdom on Saturday, August 29, was aimed at gaining a better understanding of the musician’s situation and exploring practical ways of supporting him.
“Her Excellency Mrs Sabah Zita Benson, Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, visited Manchester to meet Barosky, a popular Ghanaian musician currently facing difficult circumstances,” the post said.
It added that the High Commissioner’s visit formed part of efforts to support the musician as he works towards rebuilding his life and getting back on his feet.
“The visit was aimed at understanding his situation and exploring practical ways to support him as he works towards rebuilding his life and getting back on his feet,” the statement added.
