Joe Mettle’s Wind of Revival comes off tomorrow
Award winning Gospel artiste, Joe Mettle, will host the eighth edition of his annual Praise Reloaded Concert at the Dome of the Perez Chapel, Dzorwulu in Accra tomorrow, Sunday, June 30.
The 5:00 p.m concert dubbed: “Wind of Revival” will feature other prominent Gospel acts such as Cwesi Oteng, Ceccy Twum and KODA.
The event, which will see the VGMA 2017 Artiste of the Year record live songs on his upcoming album, will also feature performance from renowned American Gospel singer, Jonathan Nelson.
Songs on the album include Pentecost, Tumi Wura and Hallelujah Song which features Jonathan Nelson.

Speaking at a press conference held in Accra recently, the Bo Noo Ni artiste said, “everyone needs a revival in one area or the other; it could be in your businesses, your relationships or education.
“I am trusting God for a mighty move of His presence that will bring change in the lives of many people. I believe in the power of praise and worship and its ability to effect change in the society and that forms the basis for the organisation of this programme”.
Joe Mettle’s Praise Reloaded has over the years featured artistes from Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria, UK and France. Supported by Reverb Studios, it has attracted audiences from the West African sub-region, USA, Canada and the UK.
The event was first held in 2012 and has grown to become one of the most-anticipated on the Gospel music events calendar.
Some of the artistes who have mounted the Praise Reloaded stage over the years include the late Danny Nettey, South Africa’s Ntokozo Mbambo, Ohemaa Mercy, Akesse Brempong, Uncle Ato, Onos Ariyo, Cwesi Oteng and Luigi Maclean.
