If you are familiar with the situation at the Ridge Passport Office, you will notice that  applicants are exposed to harsh weather conditions such as standing in the sun for long hours, which I find inhumane. I have been a regular visitor there since January when I applied for the renewal of  my passport, which I am yet to receive three months down the line.
