Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai DCE sworn in

The new Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai District Chief Executive, Mr Jacob Oware, has been sworn in by the Deputy Western Regional Minister, Mr Alfred Ekow Gyan.

Mr Gyan deputised for the Regional Minister, Mr Paul Evans Aidoo.
Mr Oware got 98 per cent of the confirmation votes cast by the assembly members.
In his acceptance speech, Mr Oware thanked the assembly members for giving him the support and pledged to implement policies to improve the conditions of the people.
He promised to co-operate with anyone who would come to his office with good ideas.
