ACE Power stages ‘Street to Champions Fight Night' Nov. 16, signs agreement with Centre Point Mall to promote boxing
Boxing promotions giants, ACE Power Promotions (APP) has signed a two-year partnership agreement with Centre Point Mall, an ultra-modern retail outlet and hub of entertainment based in Accra to promote the sports and organize boxing competitions.
The agreement signed last Monday saw the General Manager of APP, Mr Isaac Amanwkwah and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Centre Point, Mr Bhagwan Asnani pledged to develop and grow boxing at the grassroot.

Mr Bhagwan also vowed to ensure ACE Power Promotions host boxing bouts at the Centre Point Mall.
Mr. Asnani re-affirmed his company's commitment to empowering young talent and providing a sense of purpose.
“ I love boxing, and I am a great witness to all what Ace Power Promotions are doing, I want to help develop and grow boxing in the country, to ensure the youth eke out a living and help with the development of the country, “he stated.
He added that his firm was inspired by APP's innovative use of boxing to engage and uplift individuals from the streets, nurture hidden potential and offer opportunities for the youth.
For his part, Mr Amankwah expressed excitement about the deal and promised to use the opportunity to build and promote more boxers.
According to him, APP has always strived to relocate boxing from Bukom and this is the right time to grow the discipline.

He added that there will be a minimum of three boxing events annually as they are keen on promoting young boxers to compete globally to earn international promotions and managerial contracts.
Meanwhile ACE Power Promotions has announced the staging of its first series of events which is dubbed 'Street to Champions Fight Night' on November 16.
The competition will see young talented and upcoming boxers being pitted against each other.
The winners of the night will be further groomed to become professional boxers and fight for world titles according to the organisers.
