Dogboe ready for Ugandan pugilist

Isaac Dogboe will come up against Ugandan opponent Edward Kakembo in an Africa featherweight championship thriller at the Accra Stadium on June 18.

 Dubbed the Battle of the Rising Stars, Kakembo comes into the fight with an unblemished record. 

Degboe, a WBO Africa featherweight champion, has fought 10 times without a loss and a draw while kakembo  an Africa Boxing Union featherweight champion is also unbeaten,

Interestingly, Dogboe brings on board his belt against the 21-year-old Ugandan who, seemed charged for the occasion.

In an interview with the Graphic Sports at his training base at Kaneshie in Accra, Dogboe appeared ready for the bout but  cautious.

“I am very prepared and I will beat him hands down but he also has his own plans and Iam aware of that” , he stressed.
