Africa Prosperity Dialogues: Building blocks for the future of the continent – El Toum
The Chief Executive Officer of the Africa Prosperity Network (APN), Sidig Faroug El Toum, has emphasised that the conversations taking place at the Africa Prosperity Dialogue (APD) are not simply discussions, but rather the essential building blocks for the future of Africa.
Addressing delegates on the second day of the ongoing APD in Accra, Mr El Toum urged all participants to actively engage, share their expertise, and contribute to shaping the policies and strategies that will define the continent's trajectory.
He expressed his appreciation to all participants for their commitment to Africa's prosperity and encouraged them to make this year's conference another milestone in the shared journey towards a prosperous and connected continent.
Mr El Toum stated that the 2025 dialogue is a continuation of the collective effort to build a more prosperous and integrated Africa. He reiterated APN's mission to unite political and business leaders in Africa to advance the agenda of transforming the continent into the world’s largest single market, leveraging its diversity, resources, and innovation for the benefit of all Africans.
He stressed the importance of the dialogues in engaging participants in a unified vision, fostering collaborative action, and ensuring that the solutions developed by the APN are both practical and impactful.
