NSIA Insurance launches award scheme
NSIA Insurance Company has launched an award scheme to reward its brokers who would perform exceptionally by the end of the year.
The award which would be organised annually has three categories, which include the Platinum Award, Gold Award and Silver Award.
The winner of the platinum award would walk away with a brand new Hyundai i10 grand, with the winners of the Gold and Silver award winning a three-day trip for two people to Sao Tome and a motor bike respectively.
The Managing Director of NSIA Insurance, Mrs Mabel Nana Nyarkoa Porbley, said the insurance business was hinged on brokers and since NSIA had a three-year growth strategy, it realised there was no way it could do that without engaging the brokers.
She said in the past it was not but since it was rejuvenating NSIA as a brand it thought it was critical to meet the brokers and understand their needs and align them with its strategy.
“This will help us be on the same path to be able to deliver happiness to our clients,” she said.
She said the company intended to be among the top ten insurers by the end of the three years and also wanted to be known as the insurer that pays claims promptly.
