Odotobri Rural Bank gets award
The Odotobri Rural Bank Limited at Jacobu in the Amansie Central District in the Ashanti Region has received another international award for excellence in quality.

The award, Diamond Prize for Excellence in Quality 2015, was presented to the bank by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR).
Quality award
The bank was awarded with the Gold category of the International Star for Leadership in Quality Award at the Concorde Convention Hall in Paris in early 2015.
The ESQR presented the award to the Odotobri Rural Bank Limited and other selected companies, public administrations and organisations representing different sectors from Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa and Australia, at its convention held at the Parkhotel Schönbrunn in Vienna, Austria. A total of 86 companies from 72 countries were honoured at the convention.
ESQR, with its head office in Lausanne, Switzerland, is dedicated to quality improvement techniques and research.
Visionary thinking
It also recognises excellence, disseminates innovation and visionary thinking, spreads knowledge, shares conformity assessment practices and facilitates networking.
The Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Mr Siaka Ahmed Baba, received the award on behalf of the bank and dedicated it to the shareholders and customers of the bank.
“We now have a huge responsibility to maintain this internationally recognised corporate image and do more to improve upon our operations,” he observed.
