Zesuza Catering Services gets ISO certification
Award-winning company, Zesuza Catering Services has bagged the International Organisation for Standardisation ISO 22000: 2018, in recognition of its quality and excellent service delivery.

An ISO Certification is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems.
An official statement issued on Wednesday said the company had received ISO 22000: 2018 certification for ensuring timely access to excellent, hygienic and quality services to the public and excellent management procedures.
The certificate was awarded after verifying the efficiency in service quality, service standards, and safety by implementing the best industry practices in all aspects of its work.
Speaking during a short ceremony to officially announce the attainment of the ISO Certifications, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zesuza Catering Services, Soraya Mensah said the achievement reflected her outfit's commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in all their endeavours.
She added that, ISO 22000: 2018 was more than just a certification as it was a testament to their dedication to excellence in every aspect of their operations.

Zesuza Catering recently won the Best Catering Services Provider of the Year Award at the Forty Under 40 Awards. The CEO won the 2022 Best Caterer of the Year and also won the 2021 Best Supporting Team of the Year Award at the GEIC.
