A scammer is using my details to solicit funds — Funke Akindele discloses
Nollywood star Funke Akindele has exposed a scammer who has been using her identity to defraud people. She shared a screenshot of the scammer's WhatsApp conversation, where they used her name and picture to deceive victims into sending money.

In one of the chats, the scammer, identified as Prosper, asked a victim for a loan of N200,000, promising to repay it the next day.
Funke Akindele is warning her fans and followers to be cautious and not fall victim to this scam.
She discloses that she will never solicit funds from anyone through social media or WhatsApp.
While warning her fans to be cautious of such scams, Funke wrote, “Pls beware!!! This is not from me!! Prosper!!! E no go prosper for you o!!! Ole!!!”
She further advised the public to avoid falling for such fraudulent schemes.
