She said taking up such roles will contribute to the growth of the industry since women are skillful in nurturing talents.

Miss Prempeh, who manages gospel singer Lady Chartty said she is an example of the worth of women as manager having observed the growth of the latter as a manager.

“This opinion is not to create friction between the two genders in the creative space, but I just want to see more of my gender in the field.

“For instance as Lady’s manager, I perfectly understand her dreams with respect to her career as well as needs. I understand her moods and some things that are peculiar with women because I also go through it.

“This and many more reasons encourages me to urge women not to leave artists management for men. We are blessed with nurturing skills which is very vital for artiste management,” she said.

Presently, Miss Frimpomaa is leading Lady Chartty Ministries for a tour in the USA as part of the management team’s plans to expand her music audience beyond Ghana.

Since joining Lady Chartty’s Ministries, Miss Prempeh has supervised the production and release of songs by the singer including Everlasting Father and Ahene Mu Hene in 2020.
