Fashion designer Selina Beb and Quophi Akotuah team up on 'AWARESO’ collection
In a bid to revive and promote the use of our local beaded jewellery with modern traditional costumes, fashion designers, Selina Beb and Quophi Akotuah have collaborated on a new collection dubbed, AWARESO- The Traditional Ghanaian Bride campaign.
This dazzling new collection showcases kente gowns paired with intricate, historically-rich, stunning beads such as Trade beads, Aggry beads, Krobo beads and Coral beads.
The new collection which was recently unveiled has Joselyn Dumas as (Ashante Bride), media personality Selly Galley as an (Ewe Bride), actress Salma Mumin as (Northern Bride), actress Nikki Samonas as (Akan Bride) and media personality Caroline Sampson as (Ga Bride)
The collection is a representation of the traditional Ghanaian bride, showcasing the richness and elegance of Ghanaian culture as depicted by the models.
