Diana Hamilton, Tim Godfey thrill fans at Harvest Praise

The much-anticipated Harvest Praise 2019 took place at the Fantasy Dome at La on Good Friday.

This year’s event brought together renowned gospel artistes from Ghana and Nigeria who thrilled participants to good gospel music.

There were performances from Diana Hamilton, Tim Godfrey from Nigeria, Harvest Gospel Choir and the Harvest Theatre Group.

The 21st edition was on the theme: “Extreme Edition”, and provided a platform for participants to praise and worship God.

The audience was charged and sang along when Diana Hamilton ministered songs such as Ensi Wo Yie, Ayeyi Ndwom, Yehowa, Nyame Aye Bi, and Mo Ne Yo.

Tim Godfrey virtually brought the entire heavens down when he ministered his popular song Nara.

Children were also not left out as they were treated to drama and choreography by HP Kids.

In a sermon, the President of Harvest International Ministries, Rev. Fitzgerald Odonkor, expressed appreciation and thanksgiving to God for the 21 years of the concert.

“Over the years, people have offered sacrifices because they are looking for favour from God, the son of God, Jesus Christ, who was without blemish and offered himself as a sacrifice for our sins.

“We do not need to offer cows or bulls or lambs because Christ’s death on the cross was the ultimate sacrifice, and as a result of this ultimate sacrifice we now have peace with God.

“There are many people who are afraid of a future that is unknown but the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ has redeemed us," he emphasised.
