Jeffrey Nortey pays courtesy call on Ga Mantse ahead of upcoming show

Ghanaian actor and content creator Jeffrey Nortey paid a respectful visit to the Ga Mantse, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, at the Ga Mantse Palace in Accra on Wednesday.

During the meeting, Jeffrey sought the king's guidance and formally invited him to attend his upcoming event, scheduled to take place on June 14, 2025, at the National Theatre.

Jeffrey also highlighted the growing popularity of his recent works, particularly the skits and videos performed in the Ga language with actress Kalsoume Sinare.

These performances, he said, have resonated widely with audiences and have gone viral across social media platforms.

“This is not just an invitation to my show,” Nortey said. “It is an opportunity to receive wisdom and guidance from His Royal Majesty that will further enrich my craft.”

Representing King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, the Paramount Chief of the Abola Traditional Area, Nii Ahene Nunoo III, expressed the King’s appreciation for the visit and commended the young actor for promoting Ga culture and language through entertainment.

He assured that the Ga State would be fully represented at the upcoming event.

Jeffrey Nortey’s debut event, 3FacesOfJeffreyNortey, held on December 16, 2023, at the Snap Cinemas, had good reviews.
