Kojo Golden nominated for GMA-USA Emerging Artiste of the Year
Singer Kojo Golden, has been nominated for this year’s Ghana Music Awards USA in the Emerging Artiste of the Year category.

The event is scheduled to take place at the Lincoln Theatre, Ohio, USA, on August 26, 2023.
Kojo Golden faces tough competition in this category with artistes such as Teddy O.T., Lamsi, Rcee, Esi Bentil, Naana Blu, Kwaku Kwame, Kojo Kinn, and Vanilla.
The Tema-based singer who was a member of the music group, R2bees and was formerly known as Unda expressed his gratitude to the event organisers and fans for the nomination in an interview with Graphic Showbiz.
“I am grateful for this honour and it shows that I am doing something right. To the fans who have been by my side through it all, this nomination is for us, without the love and support, we will not be here.
“To the event organisers, I appreciate the effort to put up projects like these that highlight work of people like us. I don’t take the platform for granted,” he said.
Kojo Golden has been in the music sphere since the inception of the Tema popular group R2bees.
He formed part of the group that gave birth to the music duo, R2Bees comprising Mugeez and Paedae (Omar Sterling).
