The team surveyed 1,208 men from Australia, the US, UK, Russia, New Zealand and Germany about their feelings after sex.
Results revealed that 41 per cent of the participants have experienced postcoital
The researchers also delved deeper into these feelings, asking the men exactly how they felt.
Comments included ‘I feel unsatisfied, annoyed and very fidgety’ and ‘I feel emotionless and empty’.
The findings suggest that the male experience of sex could be more complex than previously thought.
