She visited the victims a few days after their houses caught fire, destroying property running into thousands  of Ghana cedis.

Presenting the money and items, she advised them to be wary of the ongoing intermittent power outages, popularly known as ‘dumsor dumsor’, and switch off all their electrical gadgets when they were leaving their homes.

She encouraged the victims to see the fire outbreak not as a loss but as part of life, adding that it was the courage to move on after a calamity that mattered.

In a related development, Mr Wahid Hage, who represented Latex Foam, presented some mattresses and pillows to the victims.

The recipients of the items expressed gratitude to both the MP and Latex Foam for their benevolence.
