BlueCrest College launches scholarship fund for Students

BlueCrest College Ghana has announced merit-based scholarships for fresh applicants and continuous students, which will be effective from July 2015.

The scholarships are only applicable for admission into the undergraduate degree programs in Ghana. Fresh Applicants can get up to 75% scholarships based upon their grades in SHS examination.

The scheme targets students who are brilliant but lack the financial means to pursue further education.

“Our Scholarship Program is designed to foster and encourage outstanding students to pursue careers in the fields of Information Technology, Oil and Gas Marketing, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Banking & Finance, Mass Communication and Journalism, Fashion Design.

The Director of the College, Mr. Vivek K. Verma, said: “We are proud to continue helping graduate and undergraduate students nationwide and are extremely pleased to be able to help even more individuals pursue their educational goals.”

 Eligibility Requirements - For Ghanaian Applicants Only: Regular Applicant into Level 100 Semester 1 Grade Criteria : WASSCE or equivalent Applicants with A1 or equivalent grades in three (3) core (including English language, Mathematics Core and/or Integrated Science / Social Studies) and three (3) electives will be entitled for 75% scholarship on the tuition fee for the first year only. 

WASSCE or equivalent Applicants with A1 or B2 or equivalent grades in three (3) core (including English language, Mathematics Core and/or Integrated Science / Social Studies) and three (3) electives will be entitled for 50% scholarship on the tuition fee for the first year only. Candidate applying for the scholarships must have scored the aforementioned grades in his/her first attempt in WASSCE or equivalent examinations.
