The newly introduced e-Gazette platform is now helping prospective National Service Personnel (NSP) resolve long-standing registration challenges, especially issues related to name mismatches, incorrect dates of birth, and other biographical errors that often delay processing on the National Service Authority (NSA) Support Portal.
According to NSA, with the system now fully active, national service personnel can conveniently apply for gazettes online without visiting any office or going through the lengthy manual procedures previously required.
The platform provides quick access to verified gazette documents needed to correct personal records before completing national service registration.
To use the service, applicants can log on through the dedicated portal at https://egazetteghana.com/Mobile/Default.aspx or access it via the Ghana Publishing Company’s main website at https://ghanapublishing.gov.gh
Through these platforms, users can initiate their applications, upload necessary documents, and receive the gazetted information electronically.
The NSA is encouraging all NSP with identity correction needs to begin the process promptly to avoid delays.
