CEO advises graduating students to be customer friendly

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of May’s Décor and Catering Services at Juapong in the North Tongu District of the Volta Region, Mabel Anyomi has advised girls who have completed apprenticeships and are self-employed to be customer friendly.

‘’Let me say that learning the trade and passing out successfully is one thing and how you conduct yourself at your workplace is another issue as you go out there. I know of many people who learnt various trades and were very good at them but they passed out and could not get clients.

‘’This is happening to them because of their unfriendly nature and attitude towards their clients”, Mrs Anyomi stated.

She was advising graduates of her school at a pass-out ceremony at Juapong.

The graduates received training in decoration and catering services.

The occasion was on the theme: ‘’Rendering services to clients with cheerfulness; the benefits from the clients’’.

She congratulated the graduates on the zeal and seriousness they attached to the trades they learnt and urged them to practice the same.

Cordial relationship

The Prefect of the group, Naomi Sitsofe Tsikata, who spoke on behalf of her colleagues, was grateful for the cordial relationship that existed between them and their CEO.
