Gunmen abduct 4 family members of community leader

At least four family members have been abducted in Tungan-Mangoro village, located in Nasko area of Niger State in Nigeria.

According to Dailypostng.com, the kidnapping occurred at about 7 pm on Monday, July 14, when four family members of a community leader, Alhaji Danlami were kidnapped by the gunmen who raided Danlami’s house in the Tungan-Mangoro village.

The victims have been identified as Abbas Danlami, Jamila Dan’as Médio, Samaila Dan’asibi, and Naja.

Witnesses told Zagazola Makama that the gunmen who operated in large numbers, were present for almost an hour, and planned to attack the entire area but later fled with the victims.

Security officials have commenced search and rescue operation to recover the victims and arrest the culprits.
