National Service persons urged to immediately withdraw August allowance

The National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) has urged 2013/2014 National Service personnel to, as a matter of urgency, withdraw their August 2014 allowances to prevent any inconvenience.

A statement signed and issued by Col E.W.K Nibo (retd) said there would be an interruption on September 19, 2014 for the resumption of an ongoing audit, thereby affecting the payment.
“Payment of the July 2014 allowances to those who were not paid is also being effected until the interruption,” it said.
